Personalities of Trás-os-Montes...

THE HISTORY THAT WAS BORN IN TRÁS-OS-MONTES

This project had the precious help of the illustrious Professor Olinda Dagge. More than a researcher on this project, she was always a precious friend.

To make known the Transmontanos who marked the regional, national or world history that Prof. Olinda Dagge mentioned, at Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima we use the different faces of the Tinta Roriz variety, also known as Tempranillo, Aragonês, Abundante, Cencibel, Tinto del País, Ull de Lebre, Tinto Fino and Tinta de Toro. A variety that, for being valued, also conquered the world.

Thus, we also did it in a differentiating way, because from the same grapes we made three wines that are so different and that stand out due to their oenological method.
